Phone Closer & Customer Success Rep | Strong US Accent Required

We're Orena, a fast-growing US brand that helps people get rid of their eye bags with microneedle patches. Thousands of customers order from us every month, and we want each of them to feel personally taken care of.

We're hiring 2 exceptional phone closers with a strong, natural US accent.

THE MISSION
You will call our customers a few minutes after they place their order. Not cold calls: these people just bought from us and they're happy to hear from us.

• Welcome them warmly and thank them for their order
• Get to know them: their situation, how long they've had their eye bags, what they've tried
• Reassure them and give them the tips that get the best results
• When it truly fits their situation, recommend what gives them a complete treatment, and close it naturally

Our customers are mostly Americans aged 50 to 75. They value patience, warmth, honesty and clear speech.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent spoken English with a strong, natural US accent (this is a must, see the test below)
• Proven experience in phone sales and closing: you know how to build trust, ask the right questions, handle objections and ask for the sale
• Customer service experience: you're patient, warm and genuinely like talking to people
• You never sound like you're reading a script
• Reliable, organized, and you log every call properly

ACCENT TEST
We will test your accent and your selling skills before hiring: a voice recording first, then a live role-play call with us. Please only apply if you are truly confident in your spoken English and your US accent. Applications without a voice recording will not be reviewed.

SCHEDULE AND SETUP

• US business hours (our customers are in the US), Monday to Friday
• Quiet room, good headset, stable internet and a backup power solution
• Long-term position with raises based on performance

PAY

• $500/month base salary
• Commission on every sale you close, paid monthly, no cap
• Performance bonuses for top closers
