Instagram Manager

looking for a reliable, analytical and creative Instagram Manager to handle 3 of our Instagram accounts.

Responsibilities

Plan content on 3 Instagram accounts ([X] posts per week per account)
Research and analyze niches to find content opportunities and trends
Write scripts for reels and short videos
Analyze content performance: explain why a post worked or didn’t, and suggest improvements
Use AI tools to speed up research, scripting, captions and content creation
Write captions and research

Send a daily work report with what was done, results and next steps

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience managing Instagram accounts
Good written English
Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AI image or video tools, etc.)
Ability to research niches and spot what content performs well
Experience writing scripts for reels or short-form video
Analytical mindset: comfortable reading Instagram Insights and drawing conclusions
Organized, consistent with daily reporting, and able to work without close supervision
Stable internet connection

Nice to Have

Basic video editing skills
A portfolio of accounts you have managed, with results

Job Details

Type: Part-time, remote
Pay: USD 200 per month for managing the 3 accounts
Schedule: Flexible, as long as deadlines are met and daily reports are sent
