JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly motivated HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally.
• Schedule appointments and dispatch HVAC technicians.
• Manage customer information and service requests.
• Handle home warranty claims and follow-ups.
• Follow up on estimates and potential sales opportunities.
• Promote HVAC maintenance plans and memberships.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with technicians.
• Provide excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous dispatching experience with a U.S.-based HVAC company strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience with Housecall Pro preferred.
• Familiarity with First American Home Warranty, Fidelity National Home Warranty, or similar companies is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday through Saturday.
Las Vegas Pacific Time.
Specific shifts will be discussed during the interview.

SALARY:

Negotiable based on experience.
