Full-Time Video Editor + Content Driver (Podcast to Short-Form) for US Real Estate Brand

ABOUT ME
I lead a real estate team and own a mortgage company in Orlando, Florida. I run several brands: my personal brand, my real estate team, my mortgage company, and an event venue. I record on Riverside.fm and I want to post a LOT more than I do now.

THE GOAL

• 2 to 3 podcast episodes per week, recorded on Riverside.fm
• 15 to 20 posts per day, total, across all my brands and platforms
• Most posts come from clipping the podcasts

THIS IS NOT A WAIT-FOR-INSTRUCTIONS JOB
I need a driver. You push me to record. You chase me for footage. You tell me what to make next. If output does not go up, this job does not work.

I also want to learn from you. Show me your natural editing style. Then show me you can match my style and other styles when needed. Always be learning.

STYLE
Think Alex Hormozi and Gary Vee. Fast hooks. Bold captions. High volume. Clips cut from long conversations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Edit full podcast episodes in Riverside.fm
• Clip each episode into many short videos for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Facebook , LinkedIn
• Edit phone and car videos I record
• Add captions, hooks, b-roll, music, simple graphics
• Write captions and hashtags
• Schedule and post across all brands
• Track what works and pitch new ideas weekly
• Edit basic videos for agents on my team

WHAT YOU NEED

• 2+ years editing short-form social video
• Podcast editing experience
• Riverside.fm, or able to learn it fast
• AI clipping tools such as Opus Clip, Descript, or Riverside Magic Clips. This volume needs them.
• CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong written English
• Reliable internet plus a backup for outages

BIG PLUS

• Real estate, business, or finance content
• Buffer or other scheduling tools
• Canva and thumbnails

PAY AND HOURS
$700 to $1,000 USD per month, based on skill. Raise review at 90 days. Monthly bonus for each team agent client you edit for. 40 hours per week. Must overlap a few hours with US Eastern mornings. The rest is flexible.

HOW TO APPLY
