We are hiring a Video Editor to transform our Instagram content into clean, story-driven TikToks.

We avoid loud, frantic edits. We focus on polished, micro-documentary storytelling deliberate pacing, narrative hooks, and a clean authentic visual aesthetic for our matcha café.

What You’ll Do:

Transform Existing Content: Edit our pre-made Instagram footage into tight, short-doc TikTok videos.

Master Hooks & Styling: Craft natural narrative hooks, clean audio mixes, and subtle text overlays.

Cinematic Focus: Highlight our process, drinks, and café culture through a micro-documentary lens—prioritizing storytelling, deliberate pacing, calm B-roll, and minimal transitions.

Strict No-AI Policy: We build authentic brand connection; no AI-generated video, voiceover, or image tools allowed.

Requirements

• Experience editing short-form video (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut).
• Strong sense of pacing, story structure, and audio design.
• Reliable turnaround times and communication.
