Healthcare Recruiter – Locums

We are seeking an experienced Locums Recruiter to identify, engage, and place qualified medical professionals in fast-paced healthcare settings. This is a 100% remote position offering competitive compensation. Must be available to work within 15 days' notice.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit qualified locum tenens candidates—including Physicians (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), and other specialized medical clinicians.

Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact and credentialing coordination to onboarding and placement.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of physician and advanced practice talent to meet high-volume staffing needs.

Maintain clear, continuous communication with candidates and internal account managers to ensure smooth placements.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of proven recruiting experience in Locum Tenens or Advanced Practice recruitment.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong candidate sourcing and negotiation capabilities.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
