Sales Assistant VA managing the process and some outbound calls

I have an insurance agency that serves TN, MS and AR. I am in need of a true assistant to manage report creation, uploading lists for AI Agents to Call and also calling lists that don't qualify for AI Agent outbound. You will also manage the agency calendar as well as be responsible for various admin tasks to keep sales person more productive.
