Local SEO & Google Business Profile VA (Insurance Agency, US)

About us: Insurance agency in Tennessee, serving the Memphis area. We're growing our local visibility on Google and need a detail-oriented VA to help us rank higher in nearby neighborhoods.

What you'll do:

Run and read local ranking heat maps in Local Falcon, and track progress by neighborhood
Create neighborhood content: short articles, Substack posts, photo captions and simple video outlines
Help manage our Google Business Profile: posts, photos, Q&A and review reply drafts (we use Paige by Merchynt)
Join local online communities (Reddit, Facebook groups) in a helpful, non-spammy way
Keep simple weekly reports and checklists
Follow strict compliance rules. Everything is approved by the owner before it's published.
Requirements:

Strong written English
1+ year of experience with local SEO or Google Business Profile
Comfortable with Canva, Google Docs/Sheets and basic video tools
Reliable internet, and available for some overlap with US Central Time
Insurance or US small-business experience is a plus
Schedule: Part-time to start, with room to grow to full-time
