TikTok Video Editor – Míra Matcha

We are looking for a creative and reliable video editor to help grow our brand on TikTok.

We already create polished video content for Instagram ---------- but we want to repurpose that content into videos that feel more natural and engaging for TikTok.

This is NOT just a reposting job. We need someone who understands TikTok, knows how to capture attention, and can turn existing footage into engaging short-form videos.

Responsibilities

Repurpose existing Instagram videos into TikTok content.

Cut, rearrange, and edit footage to create engaging videos.

Create strong opening hooks that grab attention.

Add captions, text overlays, and trending sounds when appropriate.

Follow TikTok trends and editing styles.

Make videos feel native to TikTok rather than recycled Instagram Reels.

Bring creative ideas to improve our content.

Requirements:

Experience editing TikTok videos and Instagram Reels.

Strong understanding of TikTok trends and content styles.

Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.

Creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and engagement.

Good communication and ability to meet deadlines.

Paid Sample & Hiring Process

Before reviewing applications, we ask interested applicants to create ONE sample TikTok video using content from our Instagram page:

Choose a long existing video and show us how you would transform it into engaging TikTok content.

We want to see your creativity, editing skills, hooks, captions, and understanding of TikTok.

If we like your sample and decide to use it, we will pay you for the video.

The selected applicant will begin with a 30-day paid trial period. If everything goes well, we are interested in building a long-term working relationship.
