I'm looking for an experienced YouTube video editor to help grow my real estate investing education channel.

Project Details:

Video length: 10 to 20 minutes

Frequency: 2 to 4 videos per month, with the goal of publishing weekly

Content: Real estate investing, financial education, and entrepreneurship

What I'm Looking For

I need someone who can take raw talking head footage and turn it into professional, engaging YouTube videos.

Editing should include:

Strategic zoom ins and zoom outs to maintain viewer engagement

Motion graphics, text overlays, and visual callouts

Relevant B-roll, images, and supporting graphics

Sound effects and background music where appropriate

Smooth transitions and clean cuts

Professional audio and color correction

Editing that improves pacing, storytelling, and audience retention

I'm not looking for excessive effects or flashy editing. I want clean, professional videos that keep viewers engaged while making educational content easy to understand.
