Hiring: Real Estate Acquisitions Manager (Closer), Remote

Cash For Your Homes, AZ is seeking an experienced Acquisitions Manager (Closer) to take motivated seller leads from first conversation to signed contract. This is a remote role and the final point of contact for qualified sellers. Strong negotiation skills, disciplined follow-up, accurate documentation, and clear communication are essential.

Compensation:
$4 per hour
6 to 12% commission per deal closed (average deal size: $20,000)

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of qualified seller leads handed off from the lead generation team
• Conduct negotiation calls and present offers to property owners
• Move deals from offer to signed purchase agreement and coordinate through closing
• Maintain accurate call records, notes, and next steps in the CRM
• Keep the pipeline current and communicate deal status to leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience working as a closer in real estate
• A documented track record of closing transactions, with examples or references available on request
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Reliable phone and internet connection
• A quiet, dedicated workspace and headset
• Candidates will be verified with previous employers
