About the Role
Summary
Looking for an editor to create around 20–30 Shorts per month from emotional, real-life stories.
Focus: Clipper first, editor second.
You’ll watch a raw interview, find the strongest emotional moments, and stitch the right sections together into one powerful Short. The editing should support the story, not carry it.
What you’ll create:
- 60–90 second vertical Shorts
- Strong hooks
- Emotional, respectful storytelling
- Simple, clean captions
- Premium B-roll with natural color grading
What we don’t want:
- Hyper cuts
- Flashy transitions
- Overused SFX
- AI-generated footage
- SFX unless they genuinely fit the moment
Shortlisted applicants will complete one test video. Watermarks are welcome.
