Part-time Creator Scout (TikTok + Instagram Outreach)

Videotto is an AI video editing app. We are looking for someone who understands TikTok and Instagram and find the right creators and recruit them for our Creator program.

This is a sourcing role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Scroll TikTok and Instagram in your assigned niche
• Pick creators who match our simple checklist (follower range, recent views, face on camera, posts often)
• Send our scripted opening DM from a work Instagram account we set up for you
• Pass replies on to our team. We handle the calls, deals and payments

YOU ARE A FIT IF

• You know what goes viral on TikTok and Reels and can spot a good creator quickly
• Good written English and a friendly, natural texting style
• Reliable and detail-oriented: accurate numbers in the sheet matter
• Available any time of day
• Experience with influencer outreach or social media management is a plus, not required

WHAT YOU GET
