Virtual Assistant – Inquiry Management & Research (Auto Parts)

FYC Auto Parts Trading LLC is a Dubai-based business that sources genuine, OEM and aftermarket car parts and exports them to customers in Africa. We specialize in Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover/Range Rover and Toyota/Land Cruiser. We are a small team, and this role will work directly with the owner.

What You Will Do:

• Organize incoming customer inquiries (WhatsApp, email , Instagram) and log them in our tracker
• Collect the details we need to quote: vehicle VIN/chassis number, part name, photos, and customer location
• Follow up with suppliers on prices, availability and delivery times
• Research part numbers, fitment and pricing using online catalogs and supplier sites
• Keep Google Sheets trackers and records accurate and up to date
• General admin tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Automotive parts experience or background (parts counter, workshop, dealership, parts sourcing or e-commerce)
• Understands that fitment is confirmed by VIN/chassis number, not just make, model and year
• Clear, professional written English
• Very organized and reliable with follow-ups, nothing gets forgotten
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Gmail, WhatsApp Business and Trello
• Stable internet, a backup power or internet plan, and a quiet place to work - IMPORTANT

Nice to Have

• Experience with European cars (Mercedes, BMW, Land Rover)
• Experience using EPC/parts catalogs
• Customer service or sales support experience
