CapCut / Instagram UGC editor

You'll be making user-generated content for Meta ads using CapCut as the editing software. You must have proficient experience using AI software. The editing process is fairly simple and straightforward. Anyone who is proficient in video editing should have no problem with basic tasks such as the following:

• Cutting dead space in videos
• Adding overlays
• Removing the background of videos and adding green screen effects
• Adding videos in a sequence to create a B-roll effect
• Adding captions / on-screen text
• Minor effects such as dynamic zoom, cropping, transitions, etc.

You will be working hand in hand with me on HiStrips, Three Nails, Based Supplements, and Plateful; brands that are growing at a rapid rate. There is room for bonuses if deadlines are met and the content performs well!

Requirements:

• Must be adaptable — Content is always changing, styles are evolving, and I need someone who understands that and is willing to work through the changes.
• Attention to detail — Reviews the content they produce and ensures there are no mistakes, things are spelled correctly, and instructions are followed.
• Strong English skills — Essential for captioning and communication.
• Strong internet connection
• Access to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts for sourcing clips
• Experienced with CapCut, Instagram, and TikTok
• Experienced with generating AI photos and videos
• Good at working with a team
• Ability to learn and take constructive feedback
• Availability — 5-6 hours a day, with potential for more work
• Days per week — 5-6 days per week
• Payment method — Venmo or Zelle (but flexible with various methods)
• Timezone: Philippines

Payment:
$3/video + potential for bonuses and more work in the future with a salary increase. If you work hard, implement feedback, are self-sufficient, and a creative thinker, you will be taken care of.

The Daily Workflow:
Every day I will send you a Google Drive link with instructions on what to create. For the first week or so, we will focus solely on green screen, B-Roll, and video/picture overlay videos (refer to examples #3 and #4 from the example content styles). The folder will include the raw footage + the script so you have it for reference. I will also provide you with B-Roll and images of the products that I am making videos for; however, if we move forward, I will expect additional resources to be retrieved from the internet if I say so. My expectation is 6 of these videos a day to start.
In the beginning, some days I will provide you with B-Roll clips and images of the products that I am making videos for; eventually, however, once we develop a good system, you will do the full creation process from start to finish while retrieving additional resources from the internet yourself.
All finished videos will be uploaded to the shared Google Drive folder for inspection and review.

Please complete the following steps:

• Download the files and import them into your editing software (CapCut)
• Recreate the reference video using the files that I have provided you
• Pay close attention to how the reference video is constructed
• Ensure spelling on all the captions is correct, pacing is good, nothing is glitching out, etc. — attention to detail is key
• Message me with a link to the recreated video
