🏢 ABOUT QUAKESLEGACY

QuakesLegacy is a TikTok LIVE Creator Network built by streamers, for streamers. We support LIVE creators through coaching, training, community support, events, tournaments, and creator development opportunities.

We're currently expanding our recruitment team and looking for motivated, consistent individuals who are comfortable communicating with creators and working independently.

No previous TikTok LIVE recruiting experience is required! We've built our own Recruitment Academy that teaches you everything from scratch.

Applicants with previous TikTok LIVE Backstage experience are especially encouraged to apply.

💰 SALARY & WORK SCHEDULE

💵 Base Pay: $300 USD per month
💸 Commission: $1 USD per successfully recruited creator, on top of base pay
⏰ Shift Length: Minimum 5 hours per shift
📅 Monthly Schedule: 28 completed shifts
🎯 Recruitment Target: At least 1 successful recruit per shift
🕒 Schedule: Flexible — choose when to start
💳 Payments: Monthly, with biweekly arrangements available upon agreement

Each shift requires a minimum of 5 hours of work. Our recruitment target is at least 1 successful creator per shift. Additional time may be needed to reach that target.

📋 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Finding potential TikTok LIVE creators through gaming rankings, Creator Leagues, LIVE streams, and other resources.

• Checking creator eligibility through TikTok LIVE Backstage.

• Reaching out to eligible creators using personalized direct messages.

• Building genuine conversations rather than sending generic copy-and-paste messages.

• Explaining QuakesLegacy's benefits and answering creator questions.

• Guiding interested creators through the official joining process.

• Tracking your daily outreach, recruits, and recruitment activity.

• Following our recruitment SOPs, including strict anti-poaching rules.

• Communicating with our recruitment team and attending team training sessions.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Good written English communication skills.
• Comfortable sending a high volume of DMs daily.
• Reliable, consistent, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently.
• Willing to learn and accept feedback.
• Familiar with ---------- and TikTok, or willing to learn.
• Must have or be willing to purchase ---------- Nitro for our staff profile requirements.
• Willing to complete our training and practical assessment.

Previous experience in TikTok LIVE recruiting, social media management, or creator networks is a plus, but NOT required.
