AI Automation Developer

We’re looking for an analytical, curious AI Automation Developer to help us improve business processes using Claude and practical automation.
We value clear thinking, great communication and the ability to understand a problem, test ideas and build a reliable solution.

What you’ll do

• Work with our team to understand business needs and identify opportunities for automation.
• Build, test and improve AI workflows using Claude.
• Create and maintain Claude Skills for repeatable tasks and business processes.
• Adapt solutions to the needs, terminology and workflows of specific industries or niches.
• Connect AI workflows with existing tools and systems.
• Check outputs for accuracy, troubleshoot problems and document how solutions work.
• Explain your approach clearly and keep the team informed of progress.

What we’re looking for

• Practical proficiency with Claude and experience creating or using Claude Skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Great written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical ideas in simple English.
• An interest in how businesses operate and where automation can make a useful difference.
• Experience applying AI or automation within a particular industry or niche, through work, freelance projects or personal projects.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to test, learn and improve.
• The confidence to ask questions when requirements are unclear.

Helpful extras

• Experience with using MCPs and making agents
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or JavaScript.
• Experience in a digital agency, web development or SaaS businesses.
