Magic Skin Repair is a growing luxury botanical skincare brand focused on premium skincare for scars, stretch marks, hyperpigmentation, hydration, uneven texture, and visible signs of aging.

We are looking for an experienced, creative, reliable Social Media & E-Commerce Manager who can help build our online presence, set up our e-commerce platforms, grow social media, engage customers, and drive sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media

• Manage Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
• Create, edit, schedule and publish Reels, TikToks & Stories
• Write captions, hooks and calls-to-action
• Research trends, competitors and content opportunities
• Engage with comments, DMs and customers
• Maintain a consistent luxury brand image

TikTok Shop

• Set up and launch TikTok Shop
• Create and optimize product listings
• Upload products, images, descriptions, pricing and variations
• Connect products to videos, promotions and affiliate campaigns
• Monitor analytics, orders and sales

Amazon

• Set up and build the Amazon Storefront
• Set up and optimize product listings
• Upload product images, descriptions, titles, keywords, sizes and variations
• Maintain accurate product information
• Help improve search visibility and conversions
• Assist with Amazon advertising

Marketing & Growth

• Assist with Meta & TikTok Ads
• Create/edit short-form video and promotional content
• Research and contact influencers, affiliates & UGC creators
• Manage creator outreach and follow-ups
• Support product launches, promotions and campaigns
• Monitor analytics and recommend improvements
• Provide a concise weekly performance report

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE

• Professional social media management
• Instagram & TikTok
• TikTok Shop setup/management
• Amazon Seller Central & Amazon Storefront setup
• Meta Business tools
• Short-form video editing
• E-commerce product listings
• Influencer/UGC outreach
• Social media & e-commerce analytics
• Strong written English

Beauty, skincare, wellness, luxury brands or U.S. e-commerce experience is a major plus.

COMPENSATION

$400–$500 USD/month, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.

Strong performance and increased responsibilities can lead to raises and expanded opportunities.
