Position: Online Arbitrage Virtual Assistant (OA VA)
Hours: Full-time or Part-time (flexible)

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to source profitable online arbitrage products for Amazon FBA using proven systems and tools. Your job is to find high-margin, fast-selling, name-brand products on approved retail websites and deliver clean, organized leads daily. You will follow a clear set of criteria, sourcing frameworks, and workflow systems that ensure consistent results.

You must be reliable, coachable, and committed to improving your sourcing quality every week.

📌 Core Responsibilities
Product Sourcing (Primary Duty)

You will source profitable products using platforms such as:

Walmart

Walgreens

CVS

Target

Kohl’s

Home Depot / Lowe’s

Other approved retailers

You will use:

Keepa (required)

SellerAmp (SAS)

Tactical Arbitrage (if provided)

Reverse sourcing on Amazon

Manual sourcing

Coupon stacking, cashback strategies (Rakuten, CapitalOne, etc.)

📌 Required Skills

Strong understanding of Online Arbitrage (or willingness to be trained)

Comfortable using Keepa, SellerAmp, and Google Sheets

Knowledge of reading and interpreting:

Keepa graphs

Sales rank trends

Buy box patterns

Ability to follow a proven sourcing SOP

High attention to detail

Fast learner + proactive attitude

Strong English communication skills

📌 Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience working with Amazon sellers

Familiarity with prep centers

Experience using Tactical Arbitrage

Knowledge of coupon stacking and cashback

Experience sourcing for ungated categories

Ability to spot IP complaint-risk brands

Understanding of retail websites and discount cycles
