My wife and I are a husband and wife wedding photography team based in Canada. We photograph refined, emotionally weddings for couples who care deeply about storytelling and elevated aesthetics. We are currently growing and looking for a skilled wedding photo editor to join us long term.

We are not looking for someone who simply applies presets. We are looking for someone who understands light, skin tones, polish, and consistency. Our work leans clean, crisp, true to life, and high end. Attention to detail is everything for us.

You must have previous experience editing weddings and portraits. Strong proficiency in Lightroom and Photoshop is required. We need someone who can cull efficiently and intelligently from 6000 to 10000 images down to a powerful storytelling gallery of 600 to 1000 images. Retouching skills such as blemish removal, removing distractions, subtle dodge and burn, fabric cleanup, bra strap removal, smoothing wrinkles, and refining distractions are extremely important.

We are detail oriented and value consistency, communication, and growth. We want someone who is coachable, learns quickly, and does not repeat the same mistakes. We are easy going but hold a high standard for the final product.

This role will be structured monthly. Our busy season runs May through December and volume will vary each year. We are ideally looking for someone who wants to grow with us year after year and become part of our long term team.

We are hoping to start with a $300 Canadian Dollar monthly pay for 8-9 months of the year.
