Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Shopify Virtual Assistant to help manage our daily e-commerce store operations.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using Shopify, particularly in processing orders, creating and printing shipping labels, and handling daily store tasks.

We are also looking for someone with at least basic knowledge or experience in Amazon and Walmart Seller Central. Research skills are highly important. We need someone who can take initiative, find solutions, conduct research, and figure things out independently rather than constantly waiting for instructions.

Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of our Shopify store.
Process customer orders and fulfill orders accurately.
Create, generate, and print shipping labels through Shopify.
Check order details, shipping addresses, and tracking information.
Organize products into collections and categories.
Monitor order statuses and ensure timely fulfillment.
Assist with product research, competitor research, and other e-commerce-related research tasks.
Conduct online research and gather relevant information when needed.
Assist with Amazon and Walmart-related tasks when assigned.
Identify issues, research possible solutions, and communicate concerns proactively.
Follow company procedures and complete assigned tasks on time.
Provide regular updates regarding completed tasks and ongoing issues.
Requirements
Proven experience using Shopify.
Must know how to create and print Shopify shipping labels.
Experience processing and fulfilling orders.
Basic knowledge or experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Basic knowledge or experience with Walmart Seller Center.
Familiarity with product listings and inventory management.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Good online research and information-gathering skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written English communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable work setup.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Experience with product research, competitor research, or online research.
Experience working with international e-commerce businesses.

Monthly Salary: $450 USD
