💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage Virtual Assistant with a proven track record of finding profitable, fast-selling products.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are only interested in candidates who have substantial hands-on experience sourcing profitable online arbitrage products and can provide verifiable examples of their previous work.

We operate a growing Amazon business and are looking for someone who can consistently deliver high-quality, profitable leads with minimal supervision.

We want someone who understands the Amazon marketplace, knows how to analyze products properly, and has already demonstrated success sourcing products for other Amazon sellers.

📌 Core Responsibilities

1. Product Sourcing (Primary Duty)

Find profitable, high-demand, name-brand products from approved retailers, including:

Walmart

Walgreens

CVS

Target

Kohl's

Home Depot / Lowe's

Other approved retail websites

2. Advanced Sourcing Techniques

You must have strong experience using:

Keepa (Required) – Analyze sales history, Buy Box trends, pricing stability, and competition.

SellerAmp SAS (Required) – Evaluate profitability, ROI, restrictions, and competition.

Tactical Arbitrage – Preferred but not required.

Reverse Sourcing – Find profitable opportunities through competitor and storefront analysis.

Manual Sourcing – Independently discover profitable products.

Coupon & Cashback Stacking – Maximize margins through legitimate discounts and cashback opportunities.

3. Product Analysis & Lead Submission

Every lead must include:

Amazon ASIN and product link

Retailer product link

Purchase price and estimated selling price

Estimated net profit and ROI

Keepa analysis

Sales velocity and competition analysis

Availability and purchase quantity recommendations

Any potential risks, restrictions, or pricing concerns

We expect organized, accurate leads that have been thoroughly researched.

✅ Minimum Qualifications

At least 2 years of Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage sourcing experience preferred.

Proven history of consistently finding profitable products.

Advanced knowledge of Keepa and SellerAmp.

Strong understanding of Amazon fees, ROI, sales rank, Buy Box rotation, and price history.

Ability to identify products with strong demand and sustainable margins.

Experience working with established Amazon sellers.

Excellent attention to detail and communication.

Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

🔥 Proof of Experience REQUIRED

We will only consider applicants who can demonstrate their sourcing experience.

Starting pay: $3.50–$5.00 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated performance.
