Phone Sales Rep (Skincare) | $2k-$3k/mo Commission Only | EST

This is a commission-only role. There is no hourly or base wage.

We’re hiring full-time phone sales reps to call warm leads for skincare offers. These people already filled out a form or showed interest, so you’re not calling random strangers. You talk to them about their skin concerns, help them pick the right product, and close the sale.

What you’ll do

Make 200 dials a day to warm leads
Ask about their skin goals and what they’ve tried before
Recommend the right product and close the sale
Follow up with people who didn’t pick up
Update your notes after every call

Pay

Commission only, paid in USD
New reps can realistically make $2,000 to $3,000 a month
Top reps make $10K+ a month

Schedule

Full time, EST hours (night shift in the Philippines)

You need

Cold calling or BPO experience
Fluent English
A laptop, good internet and a headset
Ability to hit 200 dials a day, every day
