AI Customer Management
Confidential employer
Understood, Mr. Maxon. You mean the hiring ad for someone to set up and manage AI customer relationships in Less Annoying CRM. I couldn’t locate the exact earlier wording, so I’ve recreated the ad here. (Less annoying is mostly setup…it’s a very simple, basic system.)
Part-Time Less Annoying CRM Setup and Customer Management Specialist
Maxon AI Results | Remote
Maxon AI Results is looking for an experienced CRM specialist to organize and maintain our customer and prospect information in Less Annoying CRM (LACRM).
We help small and midsized businesses implement practical AI services, beginning with tools such as AI receptionists, missed-call follow-up, and appointment support. We need someone who can make sure every prospect and customer receives timely, organized follow-up—from the first inquiry through onboarding and ongoing service.
This is a hands-on CRM role. We’re looking for someone who has actually worked with Less Annoying CRM and can explain how they would set it up for a small service business.
Responsibilities
- Set up LACRM to track prospects, customers, follow-up tasks, and customer history.
- Create clear stages for new leads, contacted prospects, proposals, onboarding, active customers, support issues, and renewals.
- Import and organize contact information, check for duplicates, and keep records accurate.
- Record customer conversations, decisions, requests, and agreed next steps.
- Create and monitor reminders so prospects and customers receive follow-up on time.
- Help organize customer onboarding, including contact details, goals, project status, and next actions.
- Track customer questions or service issues and make sure they reach the right person.
- Prepare a short weekly report showing new prospects, follow-ups due, overdue tasks, active customers, and open issues.
- Write simple instructions explaining how the CRM is organized and how routine tasks should be handled.
- Recommend practical connections to tools such as email or Mailchimp when appropriate. Do not add integrations or send campaigns without approval.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining Less Annoying CRM.
- Strong record-keeping, organization, and follow-through.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Comfortable communicating professionally with U.S. small-business customers.
- Able to explain CRM choices in plain language.
- Careful with confidential customer information.
- Reliable internet and ability to provide a brief written progress report.
Initial paid trial
The selected candidate will complete a small paid trial using sample information only. The trial will include organizing sample contacts, setting up customer stages, creating follow-up tasks, and showing how a weekly customer-care report would work.
To apply
Please send:
1. A brief description of your LACRM experience.
2. Examples of CRM systems or workflows you have set up.
3. Your hourly or project rate and weekly availability.
4. A short explanation of how you would track a new prospect from first inquiry through ongoing customer service.
5. Two work references, if available.
Please do not send confidential information from former clients.
