Hiring an English-fluent Instagram DM setter to turn warm leads into booked sales calls for a photography educator with 400,000+ Instagram followers. Inbound leads only, no cold outreach. Base pay plus a bonus for every qualified call booked.

Description

I'm Serge Ramelli, a photographer and online educator with 400,000+ followers on Instagram and 650,000 on YouTube. I sell a high-end photography coaching program ($3,000 to $5,000) that teaches people Lightroom, Photoshop, composition, and landscape, cityscape, and wildlife photography.

Every day, hundreds of people message us on Instagram, comment on reels, or download our free presets. Right now only 10 to 20% of them end up in a real conversation. Your job is to change that.

What you will do

• Reply to inbound Instagram DMs and comments in a warm, natural, human way
• Start conversations with new followers and people who downloaded our free presets
• Follow up with people who don't answer (2 to 3 messages over 24 hours, then again days later)
• Ask simple questions to understand their photography goals, then book qualified people on a call with our sales team
• Work alongside our AI setter, taking over the conversations it can't move forward
• Track every conversation and booking in a simple daily report

Who our leads are

Mostly people 50 and older, many retired, who own a good camera ($2,000 to $3,000) but don't know how to use it well or edit their photos. They need patience, respect, and a friendly tone, not pushy sales talk.

What we're looking for

• Excellent written English (this is the most important skill)
• At least 1 year of experience as a DM setter or appointment setter, ideally for a coaching or online course business
• Comfortable working United States Eastern Time hours (Florida)
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
• Bonus if you love photography or know Lightroom

Pay

• $600 to $900 per month base, depending on experience
• Plus a bonus for every qualified call booked that shows up
• Long-term, full-time position with room to grow
