We sell innovative, nicotine-free and caffeine-free mushroom nootropic pouches designed for people looking for a convenient focus-oriented routine and an alternative to traditional nicotine pouches.

We're building a performance-driven creative team focused on producing high-converting video ads at scale.

We're not looking for someone who just knows how to edit videos. We're looking for an editor who thinks like a marketer.

Someone who understands attention, consumer psychology, storytelling, and what makes people stop scrolling and buy.

🎬 The Role

We're hiring a Full-Time Video Editor who can consistently produce high-quality, direct-response video ads (30–120 seconds) for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

This is a long-term remote position with opportunities for salary increases and performance-based bonuses as we grow.

What You'll Do

Edit high-converting Meta video ads, including UGC, VSLs, AI-generated ads, and documentary-style creatives.

Create powerful hooks that grab attention within the first 3 seconds.

Apply strong pacing, captions, transitions, sound effects, and storytelling techniques.

Generate realistic AI product B-roll and creative visuals using tools like VEO 3, Nano Banana, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and other AI platforms.

Source your own B-roll footage, stock videos, animations, and visuals to bring scripts to life.

Turn provided scripts and creative briefs into engaging, conversion-focused advertisements.

Work on approximately 15 new ad concepts per week, depending on complexity and production requirements.

Create hook variations and new editing angles based on winning creatives.

Analyze performance metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and conversions to continuously improve your ads.

Collaborate directly with our creative team and founder to test new ideas and scale winning advertisements.

What We're Looking For

✅ Proven experience editing performance-driven Facebook and Instagram ads.

✅ Strong portfolio of direct-response e-commerce advertisements.

✅ Advanced editing skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.

✅ Experience creating realistic AI-generated visuals and product B-roll.

✅ Understanding of marketing psychology, hooks, storytelling, and consumer behavior.

✅ Ability to work independently and find creative solutions without constant supervision.

✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative briefs.

✅ Good English comprehension and communication skills.

✅ Ability to deliver consistent creative volume while maintaining quality.

✅ Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve.

Big plus: Experience editing ads for health, wellness, supplements, or other DTC e-commerce brands.

Starting Salary: $4 USD/hour.
