Chat Customer Experience Specialist

Are you a fast typer who's naturally good at easy conversation? We're a small team looking for a chat specialist. Fully remote.

• Role: reply to customers on behalf of a our business using our guides.
• Tools: a CRM with a translation tool and our team chat. You'll chat in Finnish using our ready-made Finnish templates and the translator. No Finnish needed, but you must follow our style guide exactly. Full training provided.

No experience needed, we train you from scratch. You must be 18+, type at least 50 WPM, have a laptop or desktop and at least 100 Mbps internet.
Pay: $2/hour + 2% of net sales on your shifts, rising to $3/hour + 3�ter 3 months of good work. Paid on a fixed date.
