Full-Time AI Content Creator for a Hair Growth Tracker App

You'll be creating content to market our hair growth tracker app. Every day, you'll come up with, create, and post your own slideshows and short-form videos (using Veo3) on IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube, and more. This isn't an editing role. You handle the whole thing, from idea to posting. We'll train you to become a creator.

We don't want people who post the minimum, collect the retainer, and call it done. We want creators who are passionate about making content, care about what actually converts, and are driven to earn big commissions instead of settling for the base pay.

What you'll be doing

• Getting better every day: studying what works and sharpening your content as you go
• Looking for inspiration and finding viral hair loss and hair growth videos
• Recreating proven viral formats in your own way
• Innovating and testing new angles, hooks, and formats to find what converts
• Writing your own hooks and scripts
• Creating slideshows and short-form videos made to turn viewers into app users
• Posting at least 3 unique posts per day across all platforms

IMPORTANT: Recreate assignment (required)

1. Find a short-form hair loss video that performs well
2. Recreate it as a Veo3 video or slideshow
3. Put your recreation and the original video link in a Google Drive folder set to PUBLIC

Your application must include

1. The public Google Drive link with your recreate assignment (required)
2. Links to your past content or social accounts (optional, but a plus)

Applications without a public Drive link will NOT be considered.

Requirements

• Your own Veo3 account (required)
• Some content creation experience is a plus
• Understands what makes short-form content hook and convert
• Self-motivated and consistent without needing to be chased
• Good time management and able to hit your daily post count
• Quick learner who improves through feedback
• Strong English
• Strong internet connection
• Can receive payments through Wise
• PH or similar time zone

Pay and schedule

• Full-time, flexible schedule, minimum 3 unique posts per day (slides are counted differently)
• 7-day unpaid trial, then a $300/month base retainer (this goes up once you're performing well)
• 20% commission on every sale from your content, which can be raised if you perform well
