Graphic Designer – Window Graphics & Large Format Printing

We are a U.S.-based window graphics and design company seeking a creative, detail-oriented graphic designer to help develop professional, high-quality designs for commercial storefronts, offices, retail businesses, and residential windows.

We specialize in realistic floral graphics, seasonal storefront displays, decorative window designs, frosted privacy graphics, full-window photographic murals, and business branding.

We are specifically looking for realistic, premium-quality artwork — not cartoon-style graphics or generic clip art.

Responsibilities:

• Research and source professional artwork from Adobe Stock, Envato Elements, Creative Market, and other design libraries.
• Create and customize realistic floral, botanical, seasonal, and photographic window graphics.
• Design full storefront concepts, individual window decals, decorative borders, and full-window murals.
• Create realistic mockups showing designs installed on actual storefronts and windows.
• Resize and adapt designs to exact customer-provided window measurements.
• Prepare high-resolution, print-ready production files.
• Work with transparent backgrounds, layered artwork, and cut contours when required.
• Organize artwork into a reusable design catalog with clearly labeled files.
• Communicate regularly regarding project progress and revisions.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or comparable professional design software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating realistic, high-quality commercial graphics.
• Experience preparing artwork for large-format printing, signage, vinyl graphics, or similar applications.
• Understanding of image resolution, scaling, transparency, print bleed, and production file formats.
• Ability to work with PSD, AI, PDF, EPS, PNG, and other relevant formats.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications.
• Good written English communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with window graphics, storefront signage, vehicle wraps, wall murals, or environmental graphics.
• Familiarity with Flexi, ONYX, or HP Latex printing workflows.
• Experience creating realistic storefront mockups.
• Familiarity with stock artwork licensing for commercial use.

• Initially per project
• Flexible schedule with some availability for communication during U.S. Eastern business hours
• Opportunity for ongoing work as the business grows
• Compensation based on experience and portfolio
