About Us

ProViz Real Estate Media is a growing real estate photography and marketing company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We help real estate agents market their listings through professional photography, video, drone services, 3D tours, and more.

We're looking for a confident, experienced, and motivated Cold Caller / Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our client base.

This is not a position for someone who simply reads a script. We're looking for someone who can have genuine conversations, build relationships, handle objections, and turn cold leads into paying clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making outbound cold calls to real estate agents and brokerages throughout our service area.
• Introducing ProViz and explaining how our services can benefit their business.
• Building relationships with potential clients through natural, professional conversations.
• Handling objections confidently and professionally.
• Following up with interested prospects and converting leads into new clients.
• Tracking calls, conversations, and leads in our CRM.
• Working closely with our team to improve sales strategies and results.

What We're Looking For

Excellent spoken English is an absolute must.

Our clients are based in the United States, so we're looking for someone with exceptional English fluency, clear pronunciation, and a natural, neutral-to-American-sounding accent.

Requirements

• Fluent, near-native-level spoken and written English.
• Clear, natural pronunciation and excellent conversational skills.
• Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting.
• Strong ability to handle objections and keep conversations moving.
• Comfortable speaking with American business owners and real estate professionals.
• Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and quiet workspace.
• Availability to make calls during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Bonus Qualifications

• Previous experience calling U.S.-based businesses.
• Experience in real estate, marketing, or photography-related sales.
• Proven history of converting cold leads into paying customers.
• Experience using CRM software and managing sales pipelines.

Compensation

$6 USD per hour + performance-based incentives.

In addition to your hourly pay, you'll earn a bonus for every new paying client you successfully bring to ProViz.
