We’re looking for a Remote Appointment Setter / Independent Sales Associate (ISA) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is confident on the phone, skilled in lead generation, and excited about supporting a fast-growing Real Estate Coaching & Consulting business.

Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills – fluent, professional, and accent-neutral.
Comfortable making outbound cold calls and following proven sales scripts.
Ability to manage CRM systems and keep data accurate and updated.
Active listening skills to answer questions, overcome objections, and build rapport.
Coachable and eager to turn feedback into self-improvement and higher results.
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to be a top producer.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Experience working with U.S. Real Estate companies/clients (a strong plus).
Embraces rejection as part of the sales process and stays persistent.
Strong listening skills with assertive, persuasive communication.
Background in customer service, soft sales, or telemarketing.
Proven ability to handle outbound calls and follow-up.
Highly organized and detail-driven.
Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, etc.).
