UGC Manager / Creator Outreach Specialist – E-commerce

We are a fast-growing Nordic e-commerce company looking for a highly organized UGC Manager / Creator Outreach Specialist to own our creator pipeline.

Your main responsibility is to consistently find, contact, onboard, and manage UGC creators for our brands.

You will work directly with our Creative Strategist, who develops the creative angles, concepts, and scripts. Your job is to make sure we have the right creators ready to produce those concepts quickly and consistently.

Your responsibilities:

Find high-quality UGC creators on Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
Contact creators through DM and email every day
Negotiate rates and deliverables
Onboard creators and send them briefs/scripts
Follow up with creators and make sure content is delivered on time
Keep our creator database and content pipeline organized
Coordinate product shipments and creator details
Collect raw footage and completed content
Find new creators continuously so we never run out of content
Report weekly on outreach, responses, creators onboarded and content delivered

You are a great fit if you:

Have experience with UGC, influencer outreach or creator management
Have excellent written English
Are extremely organized and good at following up
Are comfortable sending a high volume of outreach every day
Can negotiate confidently with creators
Understand TikTok, Instagram Reels and Meta advertising
Work fast without needing constant supervision
Take ownership and solve problems yourself

Experience with DTC/e-commerce brands is a major advantage.

We are not looking for someone who simply waits for instructions. We want someone who can take full ownership of our creator pipeline and continuously improve it.
