We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing, GoHighLevel, and AI Automation Specialist to help us build, launch, and manage complete lead generation and customer conversion systems for multiple businesses.

We need someone who can do more than run advertisements. We want a professional who can build an intelligent, automated system that captures leads, answers questions, provides estimates, schedules consultations, follows up with prospects, and helps turn leads into paying customers.

Our primary focus is currently on two businesses:

1. In and Out Citywide Movers

We are a newer moving company serving Georgia, offering POD loading and unloading, labor-only moving services, packing, furniture moving, and moving services with or without a truck.

Our priority is generating consistent, high-quality moving leads and converting them into confirmed moving jobs.

We need a system that can respond to inquiries immediately, understand our services and pricing, provide accurate estimates, and move qualified customers toward booking.

2. Back On Track Financial

We are an established credit restoration company with nearly 10 years of experience.

We want to generate qualified leads, reconnect with previous prospects, improve conversions, and automate consultation scheduling and follow-up.

We also operate an AI content creation business and may need additional marketing and automation assistance for other businesses in the future.

Scope of Work

1. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

• Set up, optimize, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook /Instagram) campaigns.
• Develop lead generation strategies specifically for moving services and credit restoration.
• Conduct competitor research, keyword research, and audience targeting.
• Create and test high-converting advertisements.
• Set up conversion tracking, retargeting, and performance reporting.
• Optimize campaigns to reduce cost per qualified lead and improve return on advertising spend.
• Understand advertising restrictions and compliance requirements for financial services and credit repair.
• Recommend realistic advertising strategies for businesses operating with limited initial budgets.

Our initial advertising budget is approximately $300–$500 per month across the businesses, with moving leads taking priority. We understand this is a starting budget and want someone who can help us allocate it strategically.

2. GoHighLevel CRM, Funnels & Automation

We need a complete GoHighLevel setup, including:

• Separate business subaccounts where appropriate.
• High-converting landing pages and sales funnels.
• CRM pipelines and lead management.
• Automated SMS, email , and follow-up sequences.
• Missed-call text-back and lead notifications.
• Appointment scheduling and reminders.
• Website, form, calendar, and phone integrations.
• Lead nurturing and reactivation campaigns.
• Conversion tracking and reporting dashboards.
• Workflow testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.

We want every lead captured, organized, and followed up with promptly.

3. AI Chatbot & Voice Agent for In and Out Citywide Movers

This is an important part of the project.

We want an intelligent AI chatbot and, preferably, an AI voice agent that can communicate with moving customers through website chat, SMS, and phone calls.

The AI should have a comprehensive, editable knowledge base covering our company, services, service areas, pricing, policies, promotions, and frequently asked questions.

The moving AI must be capable of

• Responding immediately to new inquiries.
• Answering detailed questions about moving services.
• Explaining our pricing and current promotions accurately.
• Explaining labor-only moving, POD services, packing, and truck options.
• Explaining our move now, pay later payment options.
• Collecting pickup and destination addresses, move dates, property types, number of bedrooms, inventory, stairs, elevators, truck requirements, and other relevant details.
• Asking appropriate follow-up questions to gather enough information for an accurate estimate.
• Using our existing moving quote calculator or integrating its pricing logic into an automated quoting system.
• Calculating estimated labor hours, crew size, hourly rates, truck charges, and other applicable costs.
• Generating and sending professional, branded moving estimates by SMS or email .
• Following up with customers who receive estimates but have not responded.
• Identifying customers who are ready to proceed.
• Notifying us and transferring the conversation to a human when a customer is ready to confirm their move.

Important: The AI should provide estimates but should not independently finalize moving reservations. We want to personally review and confirm the details, coordinate availability, and officially schedule the move.

The system should support an optional deposit collection process after we approve the booking. We would like recommendations for collecting deposits, handling cancellations, and reducing last-minute cancellations.

The AI must not invent prices, promise unavailable dates, or quote outside our approved pricing rules. Complex or unusual moves should be escalated for manual review.

We already have a quote calculator and want someone capable of integrating or rebuilding its calculations within GoHighLevel or another compatible system.

4. AI Chatbot & Voice Agent for Back On Track Financial

We also need a separate AI chatbot and voice agent for our credit restoration company.

The goal is to answer questions, qualify prospects, and schedule paid consultations.

We want the AI voice agent to communicate in a natural, friendly, professional manner that closely reflects my speaking style and, if technically feasible, uses an authorized AI version of my voice.

The credit AI must be capable of

• Answering questions about our credit restoration services.
• Explaining our packages, pricing, promotions, and enrollment process.
• Explaining the general credit restoration process without promising specific results.
• Responding to common questions and objections.
• Qualifying interested prospects.
• Scheduling consultations directly through our calendar.
• Explaining that consultations cost $15.
• Collecting the consultation payment through a secure payment link.
• Reminding clients to have their credit reports available and be prepared for the consultation.
• Sending appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages.
• Reconnecting with previous leads who never enrolled.
• Transferring complex questions or requests for personal credit advice to us.

The credit AI should have its own dedicated knowledge base and must never confuse information between the moving company and credit business.

We also want safeguards for consumer privacy, consent, and applicable credit repair and telemarketing regulations. The system must not guarantee deletions, score increases, approvals, or specific outcomes.

5. AI Knowledge Base Development & Training

We want someone experienced in building AI agents that are genuinely useful, not basic bots that provide generic answers.

The specialist should:

• Build separate knowledge bases for each company.
• Organize our FAQs, pricing, services, policies, and sales information.
• Train agents to respond naturally and accurately.
• Configure escalation to a human when needed.
• Ensure the agents understand the difference between an estimate, consultation, and confirmed booking.
• Connect agents to calendars, payment links, CRM records, and quoting workflows.
• Set up conversation summaries and lead notifications.
• Test agents against realistic customer questions and scenarios.
• Provide a simple way for us to update pricing, promotions, and policies ourselves.

We are open to GoHighLevel's native AI tools or reliable third-party integrations if they offer better functionality at a reasonable cost.

6. Business Growth & Ongoing Support

We want someone who understands the entire customer acquisition process, from the moment someone sees an advertisement to the point they become a paying customer.

Our goal is to build efficient systems that:

• Generate qualified leads consistently.
• Respond to prospects immediately.
• Reduce missed opportunities.
• Automate repetitive conversations and follow-ups.
• Improve consultation and moving job bookings.
• Reduce the amount of manual work required.
• Provide measurable results and clear reporting.

This will initially be a setup and launch project, with the possibility of ongoing part-time management, optimization, and maintenance.

We are not looking for someone who needs to work eight hours every day. We want someone who can set everything up correctly and manage performance as needed.

Required Experience
