Virtual Assistant for E-Commerce Brand (Health & Wellness)

About Us
We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the health and wellness supplements space, selling primarily in the Netherlands and Belgium. We run high-volume paid advertising campaigns and build conversion-focused funnels to scale our products. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can keep up with the pace and help us grow.

What You'll Be Doing
Your core tasks will include:
1. Building sales funnels from scratch using our templates and AI tools
2. Copying and translating existing funnels into new markets/languages
3. Creating ad creatives (images and copy) for Meta (Facebook /Instagram)
4. Scaling and managing ad campaigns once they are live
5. Setting up and maintaining our Shopify backend (products, collections, settings, apps)
The workload will vary from day to day. Some days you will be building funnels all day, other days you will focus on ads or Shopify tasks. You need to be flexible and ready to switch between tasks as needed.

Pay Structure
This is a performance-based role. You get paid per deliverable:

Build a funnel from scratch
$4 per funnel
Copy/translate an existing funnel
$3 per funnel
Create ads (creatives + copy)
$3 per ad set

Any additional tasks outside of the above (Shopify backend work, research, misc requests) are paid at $4/hour, tracked via Hubstaff with screenshot monitoring enabled.

The faster and better you work, the more you earn. Top performers in our team consistently earn well above average.

Schedule & Timezone
You will work 7 days a week:
1. Monday to Saturday: full working hours (equal across all 6 days)
2. Sunday: reduced hours (lighter workload, but you must still be available)

You must be available during UK timezone working hours (GMT/BST). When I send you a task, I expect you to be responsive and start working on it promptly. This is not a "work whenever you feel like it" role. You need to be online and reachable during UK business hours.

You Must Have Experience With:
1. Claude AI: you must know how to write effective prompts and use AI to speed up your work. This is non-negotiable. We use Claude AI daily for copywriting, funnel building, translations and more. If you have never used Claude AI, this role is not for you.
2. Shopify: setting up products, collections, managing apps, editing themes, handling backend operations.
3. Funnel building: experience building landing pages and sales funnels. We use Funnelish and Cloudflare Pages.
4. Meta Ads (Facebook /Instagram): creating ad creatives, writing ad copy, setting up campaigns, and scaling winners.
5. Strong written English: you will be writing ad copy, funnel pages and communicating with the team in English.
6. Attention to detail: every funnel, every ad, every product page must be accurate. Mistakes cost us money.
7. Self-starter mindset: you must be able to take a brief and run with it without needing your hand held through every step.
