The Creator Intake is the first point of contact for creators joining our roster. You screen applications, run initial interviews, and decide who fits our standards and brand.

Review and screen applicants: Assess content quality, niche, consistency, engagement, and audience. Flag fake followers, plagiarism, or policy issues. Shortlist candidates who meet the criteria.

Conduct initial interviews: Run structured screening calls, explain the program and expectations, and give every creator a respectful experience.

Assess fit and qualifications: Score each creator on a standard rubric, recommend advance, hold, or decline with reasons, and hand approved creators to onboarding.

Track and report: Keep intake records accurate and report pipeline metrics such as approval rate and time-to-decision.
