Dispatcher for Field Service Company – Long Term

We're a home services company looking for a reliable dispatcher to join our team long-term.

What you'll do:

• Assign incoming jobs to technicians quickly
• Communicate with technicians and customers via WhatsApp and phone
• Track each job until it's closed
• Send a short daily report

Requirements:

• Dispatching experience (field service, towing, locksmith, HVAC, etc.) is a big plus
• Available during US Eastern Time business hours
• Fast response to new jobs
• Good English, organized, detail-oriented
• Stable internet

Pay: $3/hour + performance bonus
