SALES ASSOCIATE

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to build strong relationships with truck dealers and assist clients throughout the loan application process. You will help clients prepare their documents, coordinate application updates, and guide them through contract signing and other requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with truck dealers and potential clients.
• Coordinate with dealership teams to identify financing opportunities and generate client referrals.
• Explain application procedures and document requirements clearly to clients.
• Collect and review client documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding application status and pending requirements.
• Assist clients with loan contract signing and ensure required documents are properly completed.
• Conduct dealer visits and client meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and sales activities.
• Handle client information and documents confidentially and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• College undergraduate or graduate of any business-related course.
• Candidates with sales experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in automotive sales, truck dealerships, or financing is an advantage.
• Willing to learn sales processes and perform fieldwork.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Computer literate, with basic knowledge of office applications.
• Organized and attentive to detail, especially when handling documents.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with a team.
• Having a personal motorcycle is an advantage.
