We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly skilled Virtual Assistant and Canva Expert to transform an 11-page Word document script into a polished, digital guide.

The successful candidate will take our written content and fully replicate the exact visual style, typography, spacing, and colour palette of an existing, pre-designed Canva document sample that we will provide.

Key Responsibilities:
Style Replication: Analyse our existing sample document and replicate its branding, layout structure, formatting, colour codes, margins, and design elements.
Visual Hierarchy: Implement consistent heading structures, bullet points, callout blocks, and whitespace to ensure the guide is visually accessible for tired parents.
Asset: Implement stock imagery we give provide. (up to 3 pics)
Links: Make sure applicable links go to correct web-page. (one link)
Quality Assurance: Review the final product to ensure there are no overlapping text box clips, formatting inconsistencies, or branding departures before handover.
Deliverables: Delivery of a fully editable Canva template link, along with a high-resolution, print-ready PDF export.

Required Skills & Experience:
Expert-Level Canva Skills: Complete mastery of Canva’s layouts, typography matching, element grouping, and template creation.
Strict Brand Alignment: An excellent eye for detail with a proven track record of replicating existing design styles without adding unnecessary "creative flair" that deviates from the brief.
Ebook/Guide Design Portfolio: Previous experience formatting multi-page documents, lead magnets, or ebooks
Communication & Efficiency: Prompt, professional communication, an understanding of clear deadlines, and the ability to work independently.
