Sales Recruiter | Remote | Commission Only

We’re looking for resourceful recruiters to source sales setters and closers for opportunities with ---------- . You’ll find candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and your own network.

This is a remote, commission only opportunity with flexible scheduling and ongoing earning potential.

What you’ll do

• Find and connect with qualified sales candidates.
• Share role details and answer initial questions.
• Direct interested candidates to apply through your personal referral link.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the application process.
• Track your referrals and their performance through your dashboard.

Compensation

You earn 1% of the monthly cash collected by the closers you recruit, paid monthly under the referral agreement.

For example, if your recruited closers collectively collect $300,000 in a month, your commission is $3,000 USD for that month.

Compensation continues based on their eligible monthly collections. This is ongoing commission rather than a one time referral payment. There is no guaranteed salary or minimum income.

Who we’re looking for

• Strong written communication and follow up skills.
• Confidence using ---------- and Facebook groups.
• Ability to identify candidates with relevant sales experience.
• A self motivated, organized approach.
• Recruiting, sourcing, or sales experience is preferred.
