HMO Lettings Administrator / Manager
Confidential employer
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive HMO Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio in Bristol.
The role involves overseeing the full tenancy lifecycle, from advertising available rooms and managing enquiries and viewings through to referencing, tenancy documentation, tenant onboarding, rent administration, in-tenancy management, maintenance coordination and end-of-tenancy procedures.
The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of UK residential lettings legislation, including the Renters’ Rights Act, HMO management requirements and landlord compliance obligations.
They must be confident communicating professionally with tenants, contractors and other stakeholders, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all administrative and statutory deadlines are met.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their responsibilities, manage competing priorities efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision, while recognising when matters require escalation.
This is a varied and responsible position suited to someone with previous residential lettings or property management experience who is committed to maintaining high professional standards and keeping their knowledge of relevant legislation up to date.
