Real Estate Social Media Manager

Part-Time Real Estate Social Media Distribution Specialist (20 hrs/week, Metricool)

We’re a real estate team in Ontario, Canada. We already produce our listing content: photos, video, captions and graphics. We need a reliable, detail-focused person to make sure every piece of it gets posted on every channel, on time.

The role
This job is distribution only. You won’t be creating content or managing a community.
Will create template content on Canva designs (This is only plug and play)
Whenever we have a new listing, price change, sold, or lease, you’ll post it to all of our channels within 24 hours using the content we provide:

Instagram (2 accounts)

Facebook
TikTok
YouTube (long-form and Shorts)
LinkedIn
Google Business Profile
Other channels as we add them

You’ll work from our posting checklist and schedule everything through Metricool, so you’ll never need our account logins. Every week you’ll send a short report showing what was posted, where and when.

Schedule and pay

20 hours per week, flexible within [Canada - Eastern business hours]
CAD 6/hour
Long-term role, starting as soon as possible

Requirements

You’ve done social media posting or distribution for a real estate team or agent before. (This is required)
Strong written English
Hands-on experience with Metricool, or a similar scheduler you can switch from quickly
You follow checklists exactly and catch your own mistakes before anyone else does
Stable internet and a reliable computer
Familiarity with Canva template designing

Our hiring process:
We’ll interview three applicants. The top two will get a paid 2-hour test: distributing a real listing package across all of our channels in Metricool. We’ll hire the person whose work is the most complete and accurate. We’re looking to start right away.
