About the role:

We run a free Facebook group that teaches Filipino VAs how to write for more than one client without mixing up their voices. The group is run by the FieldPost PH team. We're looking for a friendly, reliable VA to help us grow it with real, engaged members.

This is a people-first role. We want 500 engaged members, not 5,000 silent ones.

What you'll do

• Send personalized invites to VAs and freelancers who fit the group (DMs, your own network, and our contact lists)
• Review join requests and approve members who match our criteria
• Check that new members answered the three join questions, and log their email s in a shared sheet each day
• Welcome new members with a short, friendly comment or message
• Reply to comments and join the conversation in the group
• Be helpful in other VA groups under the profile we agree on, answering questions with no link-dropping
• Track weekly numbers: new members, invites sent, acceptance rate, and top-commented posts
• Flag good member quotes and questions to the team

What you will NOT do

• Mass-add people to the group
• Drop group links in other people's groups
• Send sales messages or DM-sell to members
• Buy followers or use fake accounts

Requirements

• Active Facebook account with a real, established profile
• Experience as a VA, community manager, or social media assistant
• Friendly, clear written English (Taglish is fine for replies)
• Reliable internet and consistent availability
• Comfortable with Google Sheets and Facebook Groups admin/moderator tools
• Honest and careful with member information

Nice to have

• Experience growing or moderating Facebook groups
• Knowledge of the Filipino VA community

Trial
We start with a paid [2-week] trial and review results together.
