🌎 Remote Position | Part-Time | Monday–Friday

💰 Pay: $2.50 USD Per Hour | $50 USD Weekly

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented GoHighLevel CRM Manager to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this position is uploading new leads from Excess Elite into our GoHighLevel CRM platform every business day, Monday through Friday.

We are seeking someone who already has experience using GoHighLevel and can work independently with minimal supervision.

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Daily Lead Uploads: Retrieve newly available leads from Excess Elite and upload them into GoHighLevel Monday through Friday.
• Timely Processing: Upload new leads promptly once they become available each day.
• Lead Accuracy: Ensure all leads are imported correctly, properly organized, and free of unnecessary duplicates.
• CRM Adjustments: Make minor adjustments to the CRM platform when requested by management.
• Basic Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor CRM issues when necessary.
• Daily Communication: Confirm when daily uploads are completed and notify management of any issues.

✅ Job Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM is REQUIRED.
• Experience uploading CSV files and managing CRM contacts.
• Basic knowledge of GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automations.
• Ability to make minor CRM adjustments and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable internet connection and computer.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Experience with Excess Elite is a plus but not required.

🕒 Work Schedule & Compensation

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (5 days per week)
• Daily Hours: 4 hours
• Weekly Hours: 20 hours
• Hourly Pay: $2.50 USD
• Weekly Pay: $50 USD
• Payment Schedule: Every Friday
• Work Location: 100% Remote

Important: Daily lead uploading is the primary responsibility. Minor CRM adjustments and troubleshooting will only be required when requested by management.

We are looking for someone dependable who can ensure that our leads are uploaded accurately and consistently every business day.
