Amazon Influencer VA – Viral Vue & Oink Assistant

I’m Jenny Lynn Anderson, a travel blogger and PR professional based in Savannah, Georgia. I run an Amazon Influencer storefront focused on travel, home, and clothing products, and I’m growing it alongside my blog, YouTube channel, and social media channels. I film the product videos. I’m looking for a reliable assistant to handle the behind-the-scenes work so I can stay consistent filming.

Hours and pay

Part-time, 2–3 hours a day to start, with more hours as the business grows
$3 per hour, with raises as you learn the system
Long-term position for the right person

What you’ll do each day:

Run the Creator Connections routine in Viral Vue: use the claim buttons in my Influencer back end to match my videos to campaigns, on both the commission side and the sponsored products side
Run the Oink daily tasks: storefront fetch, earnings check, and content gap
Send brand outreach messages using my saved templates, up to my plan’s daily limit, focusing on travel brands
Upload and tag my product videos on Amazon, then submit them to the matching campaigns

What you’ll do each week

Research products: use Oink’s Order History Content Gap and bulk check opportunities, then check each product against my checklist:
The brand has its own video on the listing
The Viral Vue score is yellow or green
There are open carousel slots and manageable competition
It sells 50 or more a month, ideally 100 or more
The Creator Connections campaign has at least 60 days left
Give me a sorted filming list of products every week
Cross-post videos to YouTube, using the correct playlists by category, and to Pinterest
Check for broken videos in Oink and re-tag anything that’s flagged
Pull earnings reports so we can see which products convert, and suggest similar products
Request travel products for me using the message capabilities in the platform

Requirements

E-commerce experience
Detail-oriented and consistent, since this work depends on doing the same tasks every day
Good written English for brand messages
Reliable internet and a computer with Google Chrome
Experience with Viral Vue and Experience with Oink for Influencers, Keepa, or Amazon Creator Connections
Experience with YouTube uploads
Comfortable learning new software from video tutorials.
