Amazon Seller Central Virtual Assistant – Listings, Photoshop & A+ Content

Hello all, We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, creating professional product listings, and editing product images using Adobe Photoshop.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, pay close attention to details, identify problems, and proactively notify us when something needs attention.

Responsibilities

Amazon Listings & Account Management

Create, edit, and optimize Amazon product listings

Write titles, bullet points, descriptions, and Item Highlights

Perform product, competitor, and keyword research

Create and manage variations, sizes, colors, and quantities

Monitor Account Health, performance notifications, and policy warnings

Check suppressed, inactive, stranded, and out-of-stock listings

Monitor FBA inventory, storage fees, pricing, and listing changes

Open, manage, and follow up on Seller Support cases

Review listings for errors, incorrect information, or missing details

Organize spreadsheets, UPCs, SKUs, product information, and inventory data

Monitor competitors and report important pricing or product changes

Photoshop & Product Image Editing

Must have strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

Remove backgrounds and create professional white-background product images

Create realistic lifestyle images and product composites by taking product photos from a white background and placing them into appropriate real-world environments

Make products look natural in lifestyle settings, with realistic lighting, shadows, perspective, and proportions

Create infographics, feature callouts, comparison images, and promotional graphics for Amazon listings

Retouch, enhance, resize, and improve product images while maintaining accurate product details

Understand Amazon product image requirements and best practices

Amazon A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content)

Design and create professional Amazon A+ Content for the lower section of product detail pages

Create attractive banners, product feature graphics, comparison charts, and branded content

Upload, organize, and manage A+ Content in Amazon Seller Central

Ensure images and content are visually appealing, accurate, and compliant with Amazon requirements

Requirements

Proven experience working with Amazon Seller Central

Strong Adobe Photoshop skills are required

Experience creating realistic lifestyle product images and image composites

Experience designing and managing Amazon A+ Content

Strong written English

Experience with Amazon listing optimization and keyword research

Excellent attention to detail

Must use common sense and proactively report errors, problems, or anything that appears incorrect

Must be able to follow instructions carefully and work independently

Reliable communication and consistent availability

Experience with Canva or other design tools is a plus
