Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit applications through approved workflows.
• Research hiring managers and recruiters.
• Draft professional recruiter outreach and follow-up messages.
• Track applications, responses, rejections, and interviews.
• Provide daily progress reports and weekly performance analysis.
• Identify ways to improve the response and interview rate.

You Must Have

• Proven experience supporting U.S. job seekers.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, Greenhouse, and ATS-friendly resumes.
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable communication.
• Previous experience obtaining interviews for clients, with examples or references.
• Availability to begin immediately.
