YouTube Tech Tutorial Creator — Own English Voice | Ongoing Work
Confidential employer
Looking for consistent video creation work with clear references and a repeatable workflow?
We are hiring a reliable creator to produce short technical tutorials for YouTube. This is an ongoing collaboration, with a target of 20–40 videos per week. Each video is approximately 90–120 seconds long.
THE WORK
You do not need to come up with video ideas or develop a content strategy. We provide reference channels and clear production guidelines.
Your job is to follow the technical procedures shown in those references and recreate the tutorials from scratch, using your own screen recordings, wording, and English voice.
Once familiar with the process, you will manage the daily workflow independently.
YOUR DAILY WORKFLOW
- Review new uploads from the reference channels.
- Recreate and verify the demonstrated technical steps.
- Adapt the explanation into a short script using your own words.
- Record your screen and narrate in English using your own voice.
- Edit the video and add accurate, synchronized English subtitles.
- Upload the finished MP4 to Google Drive.
- Update the corresponding video card in Trello.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience creating videos for YouTube, ideally technical tutorials.
- Clear spoken English and a natural delivery.
- Your own human voice — no AI-generated voiceovers.
- Good screen recording, editing, and subtitling skills.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Capacity for consistent weekly production.
All footage must be recorded from scratch. Reference videos are a guide to the topic and procedure: do not reuse their footage, screenshots, images, or audio, or copy their scripts word for word.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Ongoing work with a consistent production target.
- Reference channels and a clear, repeatable process.
- No need to pitch topics or brainstorm content ideas.
- Flexible working hours, provided agreed deadlines are met.
- Weekly payment for completed videos delivered that week.
RATE
Please submit your price per completed video, taking into account the ongoing volume of 20–40 short tutorials per week.
Your rate should cover the full production process, including your own English voiceover, subtitles, and delivery.
