We are looking to hire a Video editor!

What You’ll Be Doing
Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and video creatives for Meta ads
Work with talking-head footage, B-roll, captions, text overlays, and trending audio
Turn raw footage into engaging videos with a clear story and strong flow
Add creative ideas that improve retention and make the content more interesting

What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and viewer retention
Ability to create attention resets using cuts, zooms, text, B-roll, and audio
Clean and well-timed captions
Good storytelling skills and the ability to build emotion, tension, or curiosity
Understanding of what makes short-form content perform well
Experience using CapCut
Premiere Pro or After Effects experience is a strong advantage
