Premier Events & Staff is hiring a proactive, organized Virtual Assistant to help build a real revenue pipeline in the San Francisco Bay Area, including San Jose, Walnut Creek, Napa, Palo Alto, and surrounding communities.

This is a results-driven business-development role, not passive data entry or generic admin work. Your job is to research, organize, contact, and follow up with people and businesses that can create future event revenue for Premier.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

1. Corporate, Referral & Lead Prospecting — Primary Focus

Research Bay Area companies and decision-makers who may need corporate events, holiday parties, catering, staffing, rentals, AV, event coordination, or related services.

You will identify and verify contacts such as HR leaders, People Operations teams, office managers, executive assistants, marketing and event leaders, founders, operations leaders, estate managers, property managers, venue managers, luxury realtors, concierge teams, and event planners.

Using Premier-approved email accounts and scripts, you will send personalized outreach, manage follow-ups, keep records organized, and flag real event opportunities for our sales team.

2. Vendor Master Roster & Strategic Partnerships — Second Revenue Path

Build and maintain Premier’s Bay Area vendor master sheet across catering, private chefs, food trucks, rentals, AV, lighting, staging, DJs, entertainment, photographers, florists, decorators, transportation, cleaning, venues, and related event services.

For each qualified vendor or relationship source, you will record contact information, services, service area, website, source URL, pricing or rate sheets when available, minimums, communication history, and next follow-up date.

This is where the role can “double dip.” A vendor, venue, estate manager, caterer, or property manager may be a subcontractor that helps us fulfill events, a referral source that can send us business, a potential Premier client, or all three. You must recognize that opportunity, tag it correctly, and keep the relationship moving.

PAID 14-DAY TRIAL

This is a paid role at $8/hour, 20 hours per week, for an initial 14-day trial. We expect approximately four focused hours per weekday, with some Pacific Time overlap.

By Day 7, expected results include:

• 75 new qualified, non-duplicate corporate or referral prospects
• 25 qualified Bay Area vendor or strategic-partner records
• At least 40 personalized email outreach actions or purposeful follow-ups
• A clean pipeline with source URLs, contact details, relevance, status, last activity, and next follow-up date

By Day 14, expected results include:

• 150–200 qualified corporate or referral prospects
• At least 40 vendor or strategic-partner records
• 80–120 documented personalized email outreach actions and follow-ups
• A shortlist of strong vendor partners, referral sources, warm prospects, and emerging event opportunities
• Accurate, organized records with no fabricated information or duplicate contacts

WHAT WE NEED

You should have experience with lead generation, appointment setting, vendor sourcing, partnership outreach, sales support, or business-development assistance.

You must write clear professional English, be comfortable using Google Sheets and/or CRMs, know how to research and verify business information, and be reliable with daily email outreach and follow-up.

Do not fabricate information, send mass spam, negotiate contracts, quote binding prices, promise bookings, or commit Premier to services without management approval. Respect opt-outs and keep all company information confidential.
