Ensure content is correctly formatted for each platform.
Verify all posts are scheduled for the correct dates and times.
Review each post before publishing to confirm accuracy and completeness.

3. Content Organization and Coordination
Maintain an organized library of content files and publishing materials.
Coordinate with our internal team to collect missing videos, photos, captions, links, or other required assets.
Communicate upcoming deadlines and identify potential delays before they affect the publishing schedule.
Request clarification or approval when content is incomplete or instructions are unclear.
Ensure all content is ready for publication well ahead of its scheduled posting date whenever possible.
4. Social Media Account Management
Maintain our Instagram, Facebook , and YouTube accounts.
Keep profile information and account details accurate and up to date.
Monitor comments, direct messages, and audience interactions as assigned.
Respond to routine inquiries using approved messaging guidelines.
Forward sales inquiries, customer complaints, and sensitive questions to the appropriate team member.
Stay informed about platform updates that may affect scheduling, uploads, or publishing.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor basic social media analytics, including reach, views, engagement, and follower or subscriber growth.
Track publishing consistency and report missed, delayed, or unsuccessful posts.
Provide regular updates on content published and upcoming scheduled posts.
Identify notable performance changes and share relevant observations with management.
Required Weekly Workflow
The Social Media Manager will follow a consistent workflow to ensure content is managed and published efficiently.

Assign the correct platform, publication date, time, and status to each post.
Identify scheduling gaps and communicate any outstanding content needs.
Step 3: Schedule content
Upload and schedule approved content across Instagram, Facebook , and YouTube.
Add all supplied captions, titles, descriptions, links, tags, and other required details.
Double-check each scheduled post for accuracy before finalizing.

Check for incorrect formatting, missing assets, broken links, or other errors.
Correct issues within the scope of the role or promptly notify management.
Step 5: Review and report
Update the content calendar to reflect completed posts.
Confirm that scheduled content has been published as expected.
